Boat trips on the Meuse River

On a Meuse cruise, you'll discover some of Maastricht's unique highlights on a single boat trip. The trip takes you past the historic St. Servatius bridge, part of the first city wall of Maastricht (dating back to 1229), the new Céramique city district, the Gouvernement (provincial government) building, and St. Pietersberg hill. Just before reaching the Belgian border, the boat turns around and returns to the centre of Maastricht.

Meuse cruise, including a visit to the caves of St. Pietersberg hill
What better combination than seeing Maastricht from the water and visiting the caves on the same trip? On this cruise, you'll call at St. Pietersberg hill, walk to the top, and take an hour long tour of the famous marl caves with a guide. After the underground tour, the cruise continues. Please note that this programme is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
